These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, dashboards, APIs, and any related content (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides quantitative analytics, machine-learning predictions, Monte Carlo simulations, sentiment analysis, and other data tools related to publicly traded securities. All analyses, predictions, reports, and other results generated by the Service ("Outputs") are produced by algorithms applied to historical and public market data.
3. Not Financial Advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or any other form of financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. See our Disclaimer for full details.
4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Certain features may require you to create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable securities regulation;
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, white-label, repackage, proxy, wrap, or re-expose the Service or its API itself, or provide third parties with direct access to the Service or your API credentials, except as expressly permitted under Section 6;
- Scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or attempt to extract its underlying models;
- Use the Service, API, Outputs, or your credentials to build, train, or operate a product or service that replicates or substantially substitutes for the Service. This does not restrict independent development of similar products using your own code, data, and models, without use of the Service, API, credentials, or non-public materials;
- Redistribute raw third-party market data obtained through the Service except as permitted by the applicable data provider's license terms. This does not restrict your use of Outputs as permitted under Section 6;
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, including bypassing rate limits, authentication, or other access controls;
- Use the Service to make automated trading decisions without independent human review;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
Nothing in this Section restricts your use of Outputs in your own business or commercial workflows where Section 6 permits it.
6. Intellectual Property and License
All software, content, models, dashboards, branding, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by us or our licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service in accordance with the usage rights and limitations applicable to your plan.
Unless otherwise expressly stated on our Pricing page, an applicable Order Form, or a separate written agreement, the Service is licensed for personal and non-commercial use only.
If your subscription plan expressly includes a Commercial Use License, you may use the Service for your internal business operations and commercial purposes during your active subscription, subject to these Terms and the limits applicable to your plan.
A Commercial Use License does not, by itself, permit you to resell, sublicense, redistribute, white-label, or repackage the Service or provide third parties with direct access to the Service or your API credentials. Such rights are available only under an Enterprise Order Form or separate written agreement that expressly grants them, and only within the scope stated there. Purchase of an Enterprise plan alone does not grant any right to resell, sublicense, redistribute, white-label, or repackage the Service or API.
Outputs obtained through an authorized Commercial Use License or an eligible pay-per-call transaction (including x402 payments) may be used in legitimate business and commercial workflows, including displaying and delivering lawfully generated Outputs to your own clients, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party data or licensing restrictions. Such use does not grant any right to resell, sublicense, redistribute, white-label, or repackage the Service or API itself.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and usage rights expressly stated on the Pricing page, an applicable Order Form, or a separate written agreement, the more specific terms governing the applicable plan or service will control with respect to those usage rights, except that no statement on the Pricing page grants any right to resell, sublicense, redistribute, white-label, or repackage the Service or API; those rights are governed solely by an Enterprise Order Form or separate written agreement as described above.
7. Third-Party Data
Market data, fundamentals, news, and other information are sourced from third-party providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance and Alpha Vantage). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any such data. Third-party data is subject to the terms of its respective provider.
8. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that any prediction, signal, or analysis will be correct, profitable, or suitable for your circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, trading losses, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, in our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page; the updated Terms take effect on the date posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection laws.
