Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or any other form of financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. 4. Accounts and Subscriptions
Certain features may require you to create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable securities regulation;
- Resell, redistribute, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or attempt to extract its underlying models;
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, including bypassing rate limits, authentication, or other access controls;
- Use the Service to make automated trading decisions without independent human review;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, models, dashboards, branding, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
7. Third-Party Data
Market data, fundamentals, news, and other information are sourced from third-party providers (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance and Alpha Vantage). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any such data. Third-party data is subject to the terms of its respective provider.
8. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that any prediction, signal, or analysis will be correct, profitable, or suitable for your circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, trading losses, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection laws.
